
Urgent Update on Visa-On-Arrival (VOA) for Travel to Indonesia Monday, 25th January 2010 We have been informed by the Indonesian Government that effective from 26th January 2010, the 7-day VOA will no longer be available to foreign visitors to Indonesia. Visitors will have to purchase a 30-day Visa-on-Arrival (VOA) which is charged at US$25. Currently, nationals from 64 countries (see below list) are granted VOA facility. Visitors are required to have at hand, the following documents for VOA application:
Visitors are advised to bring with them the exact amount in US$ for payment of fees prior to departure for Bintan to minimize inconvenience and ensure a smooth application process. Please note that a charge of US$20 per day will be imposed for overstaying.
